Administrative Assistant

Infinite Home Health is a California State licensed home health agency, certified by Medicare, and accredited by The Joint Commission.

We are currently searching for a responsible Administrative Assistant to join our LA/Ventura County headquarters. Our agency prides itself in providing skilled services to patients in the comfort of their own home. Successful candidates will have strong administrative skills and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with clients and internal departments
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills

Daily Tasks

  • Answering phones
  • Data entry
  • Checking insurance status
  • Faxing/scanning and uploading documents
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and PDF documents
  • Other duties assigned by the Administrator


  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
